- JamieSI, on 02/13/2008, -0/+6LimeParrot, your correct about Generals and Zero hour being naff, but I thought RA2/YR were brilliant games online. Did you ever try them out online at all? :)
- estvir, on 02/13/2008, -0/+5Wasn't there some 'letter' about a year or even longer ago 'announcing' RA3? I'm sure someone else remembers what I'm talking about.. Anyway, PLEASE BE TRUE.
- smiley2billion, on 02/13/2008, -0/+4Finally. I don't know about you guys but the story line for Tiberium is getting a little too wacky for me. Give me tanks, guns, planes, boats, a few Tesla coils and I'm set.
- hektur, on 02/13/2008, -0/+4I have been playing RA2 and YR for the last 5-6 years, its about time.
- estvir, on 02/13/2008, -0/+3And corny yet awesome FMVs.
- fluidfoundation, on 02/13/2008, -0/+2For King and Country!

- Blazers, on 02/13/2008, -1/+2Oblesik of Light or Tesla Coil? Ion Cannon anyone?
- Kishoba, on 02/13/2008, -0/+1I've moved away from RTS's for a while now, but with this (possibly) and Starcraft 2 coming out, you can bet that I'll be taking a walk down memory lane.

"Need a Jump?"
"Shocking!" - arunforce, on 02/13/2008, -1/+1Red Alert 2 was the RTS that got me addicted to RTSes. Of course Starcraft sealed the deal.
- dwninjungleland, on 02/13/2008, -1/+1Tanya= HOT.
- kprooney, on 02/13/2008, -1/+1Mammoth tank assembled
- LimeParrot, on 02/13/2008, -8/+3Looks like another game to be butchered by EA. They killed RA2/YR. Then released the disasters that was Generals and Zero Hour. Released CnC3 prematurely, and rushed out the expansion (Kane's Wrath, to be released soon), thus fragmenting the player base. And now RA3. EA is such a bad game company, and they will never make a good RTS (RTS games need expert and persistent work for many years to make the game perfectly balanced; EA doesn't see the dollar signs in doing this, and thus their RTS games will always suck).
As someone with lots of experience with CnC and EA, friendly suggestion to fellow gamers: don't buy RA3 when it's released. Wait for a few patches and watch the community response. If and only if it's overwhelmingly positive, then get it (will never happen). Heck, I'd suggest you boycott it, download the game from the pirate bay, play the single player campaign, and delete it.
