  • draggy73, on 11/03/2009, -0/+5In the meantime, Montreal fans have seen quite a few Stanley Cups in the past 40 years, the Alouettes are a dominant CFL team year after year, and the Montreal Impact USL team won their championship and made a good showing at the CONCACAF last Spring!

    They also were level headed enough to put the Expos out of their misery and not even entertain a Basketball team.. which probably ranks below curling in popularity!

Now that they have this cap, they can't invest like they used to. but it doesn't mater. Fans will still go. hell, I have 4 games this year I'm gonna see, but I'm not there for the Leafs.
