Here is JUST the frame for the Cervelo S3. http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=J8016 For 10% off and it's still 4500 dollars (5000 not on sale) and that's JUST THE FRAME! No handle bars, wheels, brakes, gears... ya. It's going to be expensive.
