- andregriffin, on 10/11/2007, -2/+110I was not prepared for 4 pool tables.
- user777, on 10/11/2007, -2/+80now try that without the dominoes
- deminator, on 10/11/2007, -7/+50Rube Goldberg plays pool.
- Samsong, on 10/11/2007, -2/+44Ooh... Yeh... Bumped the table... Sorry about that buddy....
- diizy, on 10/11/2007, -1/+41Haha the best part in this is when one of the ladies said this was an incredible waste of time. seriously.
- sikosmurf, on 10/11/2007, -4/+40How does this take any skill other than the first shot?
- Satanael, on 10/11/2007, -0/+35Props to whoever set up the dominoes... That's about it.
- Anpheus, on 10/11/2007, -3/+32It's not a great trick shot because there was only one shot made. The ramps could all be placed _AND_ tested independent of the dominoes, so once he had those set up it was merely a matter of placing the dominoes and making a simple shot.
- Wonkanobi, on 10/11/2007, -4/+30This is older than the tubes that comprise the internets
- porterfield, on 10/11/2007, -1/+25...JUST a ton of dominoes?
- loganhid, on 10/11/2007, -7/+26No. Bloody. Way
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19it was two stick right next to each other, it was rolling down the grove between them.
- alostreflection, on 10/11/2007, -1/+16this shot isn't difficult at all from a pool standpoint. I do trick shots myself, and this was a simple english shot into the corner, everything else is timed to fall at the right time. It is difficult to setup im sure but the execution is simple, and the execution is what separates the good shooters from the average. This shot is called a setup shot in trick pool, as long as it is setup properly it'll happen every time. try jumping 5 balls consecutively into a boot that is 5 feet off the table on the floor, that is a trick shot.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -4/+16way
- KIERANMULLEN, on 10/11/2007, -2/+11Dominoes did all the work...meh
- Al3x, on 10/11/2007, -2/+10I expected them to show a birds eye view and have it spell something...not be just a ton of dominos
- iPsyko, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8I'm going to try that.
Crap, i don't have 4 pool tables. - Gasdark, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8there are many different types of trick shots, but a great deal of the most impressive ones consist primarily of the set-up. This is an almost caricaturish example of the set-up being the impressive part. The initial shot takes no skill, its the pre-setting of the table(s) that involves skill.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6I concur. All that player had to do was to trigger the sequence. Real work was in laying it out. Now if only he did it all by himself.... that would be impressive.
- krummb, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Exactly, anybody that had the time could setup dominoes and make sure the balls were placed in the right place to pull this off.
- vroom101, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7Did I just see a billiard ball do a waltz-a-roll on a cue stick "tightrope" to the other table? Or is my monitor acting up?
That truly is an awesome pool trick shot! Very cool video! - deose, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4alostreflection Is completely right. It is just one little shot that triggers a chain reaction set up to work no matter what. No skill needed here.
- theskunkworks, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4I want to see a video of someone just completing their set up for something like this but before they get a chance to set it all in motion there is an earthquake and ruins it all.
- FadieZ, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Lol...all the announcers kept saying was "This is so useless, this is so useless.."
- shteinb, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Imagine how pissed off you'd be for every screwed up practice shot. It must take like 20 minutes just to set up the dominos again.
- 8177, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I don't see a trick shot. I see a shot anyone could do that knocked over that one dominoe that started the chain.
[edit] well the submitter kind of covers his ass in description. I do agree it is impressive. Just not a trick shot. - gadgetboy32, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5big deal. I can set up balls to aim for the holes too!!
WEAK! - GCarden, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1How many takes did they have to do to get the final version?
- redheadguy719, on 10/11/2007, -12/+13yeah, seriously, this is kinda stupid. Has virtually nothing to do with pool, it would just be hard to set up. You could do something equally 'amazing' with like, ping pong balls or something.
EDIT: others below have said the same thing, so, srry if this is like, a double post - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Actually, not an amazing trick shot at all. IT was an amazing DOMINO set up. The pool shot itself was very standard for professional trick shot players. Day 1 of basic training for them.
- alostreflection, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Sorry for double post.

Mike Massey and Eric Yow, 2 of the best in the business - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1That's pretty cool in it's own way, but it's pretty ***** lame too. All he did was shoot once and the dominoes did the rest of the work. That's not so much a trick shot. All he had to do was line up one shot and the rest just did it from the way the dominoes was set up. That's pretty ***** lame.
- SuperiorKarsch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Had my fingers crossed that the last ball would just come up short.
- kevin.gc, on 10/11/2007, -4/+5I think you just described every domino setup.
- everfalling, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1interesting. i'm assuming the object is to make contact with all three balls, even if in the beginning of the shot, not all balls are contacted.
- everfalling, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2just because you submit something doesn't mean it will be, or should be, noticed more than someone who posts it later. maybe you submitted it when no one was on, or those that were on didn't care for it. who knows. it's not like we praise posters for submitting a popular link.
- everfalling, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1never mind. i looked it up. crazy stuff.
- alky, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1They cut every time they go to a new table. It might not have been done in one continuous shot. Still pretty damn impressive.
- bakkouz, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Yeah, I submitted this same video 9 days ago but it didn't get dugg.
- falstaff, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Your submission has a "2" at the end, and you're complaining about a dupe. Priceless.
- matt0baba, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1yes it is also posted in the sport news section...
see it's times like these i wish there was a VIDEO section on Digg...
oh no... blasphemy i see a video section at the top! - Pureeviljester, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1dugg down for being right =/
i agree w/ you on that one. - TSHNG04, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1I posted this video 98 days ago and it only got 8 diggs.
http://digg.com/other_sports/Best_Pool_Trick_Shot_Ever - toxicshok, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1If rube Goldberg played pool.
- everfalling, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1wow, that was super lame. there wasn't even any english on any of the balls. all he did was set off a domino set with pool balls slapped in. hell, with enough preparation, and fairly good aim, i could have set that off just as well. it's a good domino trick, but a very poor trick pool shot.
- champsampson, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2EVER!!!!!!!
***** you and your use of the word, Frenchie. - TenaciousMe, on 10/11/2007, -4/+3That's not impressive at all. As long as he hits the first domino the rest is set up already. The first shot isn't even particularly impressive.
- seGGy, on 10/11/2007, -3/+1Burried as spam.
- lostcause, on 10/11/2007, -6/+2Normally when videos are labeled "most *blank* ever* I tend to Bury As Inaccurate, but I think this one may be right.
- JasonMaloney101, on 10/11/2007, -6/+1YA WAI!!
