I was stunned that someone could make the PBA tour bowling like that. That always was a playful shot to those who are either goofing around or lost their way of bowling (thus throwing a granny shot out of discuss). He get's a ton of revs on his shot (I believe 500 or so rpms)!

The vast majority of people I've seen that use this style are inconsistant, they may bowl a couple perfect games in a row and then like a 160. It's a valid style though, it's always impressive to see the speed of the ball.

His style can only be dangerous if he happens to step on the oily part of the lane. Then again, it could happen to anyone.
