You're cheering for your "home team" which is staffed by people mostly not from your town, or people who would just as easily leave for more money and have zero loyalty towards you. What's the point? What's the motivation to support a group of people that who don't know/don't care you exist?

- rrisner, on 10/20/2009, -0/+0Perfect title! I love to hate those guys! I recently had one sit in front of me at the ONU homecoming football game. He was the "I used to play and when I played I was better" type. He bashed every small mistake, screamed at the players he knew, and stood up about 80% of the time. Having to just near this guy made me hate being at the game. He ruined my experience and I wanted someone to spill a whole cup of hot chocolate on his head, in hopes that he would shut up for just 10 minutes.
For all of those fans, I hate you. Keep your comments to yourself and sit still.
