- taibo, on 10/05/2009, -0/+17Breaking news: college kids like to party.
- vtbarrera, on 10/05/2009, -0/+7To be honest, Eli Manning doesn't even really look drunk here, that's just the normal expression on his face for the most part. http://www.blogcdn.com/www.switched.com/media/2009 ...
- kingbinji, on 10/05/2009, -0/+6i don't see what the big deal is with brady quinns pic. i use to grab all my friends weiners all the time in college
- Nidy1, on 10/05/2009, -0/+6Pictures on the internet/facebook does kind of ruin parties sometimes. The point of parties is to go out and go ***** crazy and do stuff that you wouldn't normally do and not have to remember it/have anyone else know the next day. I hate going out and just when *****'s getting good start hearing "Oh man, I'm so taking a picture of this for facebook."
- therealrico, on 10/05/2009, -0/+5don't worry champ no one is lining up to expose you on the internets, I think you will be just fine.
- cuoops, on 10/05/2009, -0/+4I'm so glad we didn't have digital cams when I was in school.
- superkeer, on 10/05/2009, -0/+4All that seems like normal behavior for human beings.
- the2989, on 10/05/2009, -0/+2When I'm drunk at parties, I often find myself annoying people with cameras to put them away, or at least warn me if they're gonna be taking pics. I prefer to party without photographic evidence of me being there. Untagging myself in pics doesn't mean the picture goes away.
- keraneuology, on 10/05/2009, -1/+2To thine own self be true - if you're the type of person who gets drunk and molests drunk young women (or likes pulling out Peter Jr and rubbing it all over the face of some passed out guy) then this isn't exactly something that you "wouldn't normally do" - it is EXACTLY what you would normally do when you get wasted. Are you a 20 year old who doesn't want a photo of yourself doing body shots off of a shaved goat running around the net? Here's a thought - try NOT DOING IT.
- BaddBrainz, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1As a Giants fan, I'm actually embarrassed to admit that you're right.
- the2989, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1Look how red his cheeks are...he's wasted and probably has a boner.
- bkraj, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1I have no problem with any of these pictures.
- milsorgn, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1breaking news sports are not nearly as important as many would like to believe
- Nidy1, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1It isn't about "molest(ing) drunk young women (or likes pulling out Peter Jr and rubbing it all over the face of some passed out guy)". Back in the days of Animal House style college parties people didn't need to worry about being tame because it might later appear on facebook. I spend my whole week being reserved and keeping up a great GPA in school. During the weekend you just want to let loose, and by that I don't mean molesting drunk girls.
- inactive, on 10/05/2009, -0/+0Yes...but you giving a ***** about what Apple is coming out with next week.month/year IS?
Not to menton, your top Dugg cateogry the past 30 days is COMEDY.
Seriously...where hte ***** do you get off deciding what is importnat or not? Just because you are an unccordinated ***** who never sets foot outside mommy's basebment does not mean htat your opinions on what is important or not matter. - JoeHague, on 10/05/2009, -3/+3See this is why I don't let people take photos of me anymore. It's like talking to the police; no good can come of it. I could take a picture with my hand of some super hot chick's ass and then a month later it could turn out she has a dick. The possibilities are endless.
There is absolutely no circumstance where taking a photo could turn out positive. - inactive, on 10/05/2009, -0/+0All the athletes at my school (since they went Division 1 which was after I left but before I worked as a DJ at the local college bar) are VERY careful about what they are seen doing. Most coaches forbid them to go out during the season or at the bvery least, if they get into any trouble, they better be prepared to sit out the next game, match or meet. The exceptions was the wrestling team that got banned from our bar. The entire team. Until the school dropped the program due to their actions. Oh, and then there was that ***** who stomped a kid to within an inch of his life and then fled back to Serbia after he was stupidly given bail. NO ONE liked that ***** before that happend because he was the only athlete who would seek trouble. Minor league hockey players get even less. Even the ones just one step away from the NHL have to share apartments with 2-3 players. Maybe they are lucky enough to gettheir own rooms though. But not the ones in the lowest level of the minors.
Andbefore anyone cries about how they are not paid..sure they are. You know how much minor league baseball players get? First year players who start out at single A leagues get like $10,000. they have to live with local fans who volunteer to put up athletes in spare rooms. The athletes MUST abide by any curfew these volunteers set up. By AA league, the lucky ones make enough money to cram themselves into a 2 bedroom apartment with 3-4 other players. They may make $20,000 a year.
For contrast, college players are getting at least $10,000 in tuition (for a state school) and as much as $40,000. Plus room and board. And $50 per day for away games. - inactive, on 10/05/2009, -1/+0that may be the pont of parties for you..but that is not hte point of parties fgor everyone.
