  • NoQuarter, on 11/23/2008, -0/+1What? Viagra is Sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor. It's a chemically synthesised drug, it's only a herbal supplement in those emails you get.

    Everything else in the pill is just inactive colourings, bulking agents and binders.
