If you do it right, and train every day properly, you may one day get to David Belle or Sebastian Foucan status.
But I have a general feeling that these kids... their knees are going to be ***** up in their later years.

Not to be sexist, but they are never as good as the guys in the same video either. Kinda surprised considering how much it resembles gymnastics...

- logic11, on 09/06/2008, -0/+3It is safe if done properly... but you need to start with the conditioning and training, not just the jumps. In fact, most of the guys on that team have many years of intensive training before they reach that level.
