T-Mac never would have been the superstar he developed into if he stayed in toronto. He became a great scorer when he left Carter. It would be very hard for him to produce 30+ pts a game if he had to share the ball with Carter. Had he stayed, Tmacs growth as a player would have been stunted.
Plus, can you really blame a person looking out for his own career? He signed with his hometown team also. And the only reason why Orlando was never any good is because Grant Hill was injured the majority of the time and took up all the cap space so they couldnt sign any other solid players.
