- noisymime, on 11/19/2008, -3/+74Just to clarify a few things:
1) This is in Australia, not India etc
2) Its not a river of *****, its just muddy. - DaftMonk, on 11/19/2008, -4/+59There's something morbidly fascinating about this photo... it's intense and unnerving.
- WillisDickfit, on 11/19/2008, -4/+50What.
The.

- n0t0kayipr0mis3, on 11/19/2008, -4/+44When i went to visit Bangladesh when i was 7, i fell into one of those drains... one of the worst days of my life. i smelled like ***** for days. the drains there are uncovered and they're open and people make use of them in public. One of the most disgusting experiences of my life.
- commenter01, on 11/19/2008, -0/+39There's such an intense look of badassery on his face.
- d0ugfunny, on 11/19/2008, -7/+35http://www.flickr.com/photos/d0ugfunny/3041613157/
- estee0703, on 11/19/2008, -2/+29That must have been one ***** day
obviously you don't give a crap since you share this experience so openly - pootpoot, on 11/19/2008, -1/+22Did he just fall into Wonka's chocolate river?
- DrywallThief, on 11/19/2008, -0/+20Who says it's in India? I did a google search for Todd River and it ended up being in Australia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Todd_River - aussieNickuss, on 11/19/2008, -0/+20It's actually an Australian Aboriginal kid.
- d2002, on 11/18/2008, -1/+20More from the set:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/claypanpete/sets/7215 ... - GibsonSG91, on 11/19/2008, -1/+20Chocolate rain...
- DNABeast, on 11/19/2008, -1/+18It's mud. It's storm water that's mixed up with the mud and clay.
- DNABeast, on 11/19/2008, -0/+17Also that guy is,.. an Australian aboriginal. Not indian. I guess they all look the same to you eh?
- SitPoMk, on 11/19/2008, -1/+13No, I think he's opening up forcefully and doing the community a favor. He wants to give back, warn kids to stand back ***** drains and not to fall into rivers of *****.
- mbm985, on 11/19/2008, -2/+14peanut butter and poopy.
- fluxion, on 11/19/2008, -0/+11probably a major point of interest here:
"The Todd is in a very arid part of Australia and has zero to very low flow during 95% of the year. When it does flow, it carries a heavy sediment load picked up from the grazing land around the Bond Springs homestead which lends its waters a milky chocolate colour and renders them completely opaque." - mindsnare, on 11/19/2008, -0/+11That water probably isn't that dirty in the hygienic sense, it's in the Australian outback, that's the colour of the dirt there.
- andrewbr500, on 11/19/2008, -1/+11Wheres his Heineken?
- DavidTurnbull, on 11/19/2008, -1/+10He's an Indigenous Australian by the way...not an Indian.
- ThermiteTerrace, on 11/19/2008, -0/+9But dude, it's EXTREME! So Extreme that it's probably Blue Raspberry flavored!
- Motif31G, on 11/19/2008, -2/+11I see no surfing, only a guy in dirty water throwing peace signs.
- dajumbles, on 11/19/2008, -0/+9He has the "I'm hip and I know it" face going on.
- radiantstorm, on 11/19/2008, -5/+14E Coli is fatal.
- mysn239, on 11/19/2008, -4/+13MANGO CHUTNEY
- geoboy, on 11/19/2008, -0/+8Some stay dry while others feel the pain.
- PrintScrn12, on 11/19/2008, -0/+8The picture isn't of a sewer drain. This is drain for the Todd river in Australia.
- anotherjack, on 11/19/2008, -1/+9I'm posting this info up high so that everybody can see it because the ignorant and unfriendly comments are building up.
NO - THAT IS NOT AN INDIAN MAN. ITS AN AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINAL TEENAGER. MAYBE A GIRL.
NO - THAT IS NOT A SEWER DRAIN, ITS A FLOOD DRAIN.
NO - THAT IS NOT *****. ITS FLOODWATER.
NO - THE WATER IS NOT DISEASED. IT'S A MIXTURE OF DRY RED CLAY AND WATER - AKA MUD
It's just a fun photo of a kid playing in a muddy runoff from a flash flood. - Devine122, on 11/19/2008, -4/+11Those kids must have immune systems made of steel.
- PrintScrn12, on 11/19/2008, -0/+7The Todd river is clean. The water is has sediment. Essentially clay/sand colour the water.
Drain surfer's friend is pissed off with all the idiots: http://www.flickr.com/photos/claypanpete/303745529 ... - k3rfuffl3, on 11/19/2008, -0/+7If you weren't such a retard you'd have done research before posting.
This is an Aborigine in Australia. Not even remotely Indian. Second, it's just a muddy river. Nothing to do with *****... directly. - aswinjohn, on 11/19/2008, -0/+7and fyi, Bangladesh is not in India.
- andrewbr500, on 11/19/2008, -0/+7So, you admit to watching tubgirl multiple times. Whatever does it for you I suppose.
- rivalthecreator, on 11/19/2008, -0/+7If there was a river of peanut butter, I'd have a house right next to it.
- merreborn, on 11/19/2008, -0/+6http://www.geocities.com/merreborn/ac/tubgirl.html
- noisymime, on 11/19/2008, -0/+6That's not poo water
- Whaines, on 11/19/2008, -0/+6And I'd be a celery and raisin farmer.
- UnterDenLinden, on 11/19/2008, -1/+7HANG TEN DUDE!
- L0NER, on 11/19/2008, -1/+7Dude is stuck in carbonite
- Rufasevach, on 11/19/2008, -1/+7the flickr set is about a flood, so the probability of that being ***** drops considerably.
that's not to say that there isn't ***** in there: i'm not gonna make that claim.
but it's reassuring to know that it might not be ALL *****. - PrintScrn12, on 11/19/2008, -0/+5It's water with sediment. Essentially clay and sand.
- xmizzbojanglesx, on 11/19/2008, -2/+7That's a lot of ear infections.
- n0t0kayipr0mis3, on 11/19/2008, -0/+5Yeah, usually they're on the side, but they were in the middle of this one street, and i was chasing another boy and i just fell in...
- PrintScrn12, on 11/19/2008, -0/+5It ain't a sewer drain. It's rain water mixing with sediment.
- PrintScrn12, on 11/19/2008, -1/+6The Todd river is safe to swim in, in terms of hygiene. Flooding is the risk there.
- yaknowit, on 11/19/2008, -1/+6no it's not an unfair assumption, more a stupid assumption.
