- cppwizard, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1There are different degrees of quadriplegia. Many quads can move their arms but have no fine motor skills (ie, grasping, finger movement, etc). It all depends on how high the spinal injury was. The higher up it was, the worse the quadriplegia.
