Watch Ronnie O'Sullivan's 147 break in 5 minutes and 20 seconds. You can find that on google video and youtube. Whole different class of billiards.

Also, some of his tricks are copied from other pool artists. If you really want to be impressed, watch the trickshot competition on ESPN. It is more convincing because it is televised infront of many people and the thing is it has prize money. It is harder to do those tricks if money is involved.

The shot happened in a hill-to-hill final of a 9-ball tournament. The game was tied at 10-10 (race to 11) or 12-12 (race to 13). His opponent shook his hands eventhough he is famous for being arrogance.

For those of you who play pool on a regular basis, try hitting 7 rails with the queue ball. It can only be done one way!

- falstaff, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5It's much more impressive to see people do these shots live. Editing together your own tape takes a lot of the thrill out of it. The shots are indeed fantastic, but it just begs the question of how many takes it took to do them.
Given a decade to edit together all my best shots....I couldn't do 10% of those. The guy obviously has skill, but the whole thing just seems amateurish.
