On the other hand, if sitting in front of the TV (and getting fat, not going outside to get exercise), is entertaining for you, then I'm happy with my way of life.
Life isn't just about TV, Internet and Xbox 360 / Wii / PS3, my friend. ;)
I never hear anyone saying the same about the kids in the US, and other countries who go out skateboarding, bike riding, and many other things.

Parkour is purely about fast, efficient and where possible safe movement through your environment. Parkour is what you would do if you were chasing someone/ being chased.
