    I heard that a big leather event she did the same thing with 500 needles for a total of 1000 piercings. (I think it was for a demo or something.) Afterwards she needed help walking because she was pretty high from the endorphins.

    Personally, I love getting a few needles in my face, when done by a licensed acupuncturist for medical reasons. (Helps with my allergies but also very relaxing.) But I don't think I would want more than a dozen or two on me at one time. I don't mind the pain too much for reasons you might guess, but I really hate getting needles on my toes.
