The Bizarre History Behind A Rude British Street Name
en.wikipedia.org — At one time, nearly every city in Britain or Ireland had a street, given a name so rude, I won't reprint it in this description. The story behind the name is pretty interesting.

- mediaphile, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7I used to live on Grabsack Drive, right around the corner from Fondletit Ave. and Squeezedick St. I don't understand what's so offensive about the street in the article.
- NuclearBlast, on 10/10/2007, -4/+1There are worse things on the internet than "gropecunt". Why would you censor yourself in your own description? It makes your story description very vague.
- geminitojanus, on 10/10/2007, -7/+1Dear MrBabyMan:
This isn't news. This wasn't news 100 years ago. While it may be interesting, it's wasting Wikipedia's bandwidth in enormous amounts for no reason other than "ha ha this is funny". Wikipedia is a valuable tool used by millions of people every day over the internet, and paying for bandwidth and server maintenance is very expensive. Therefore, please stop linking to Wikipedia for this purpose, so it can be used legitimately by others in the future.

The only reason linking to this article from Digg is bad is because of vandalism. I've already set in place a High-Traffic template on the talk page, and I'm pretty sure a few people are already keeping watch for vandalism right now.
