Call to block mobile signal in cars

.channelonline.tv — A Jersey (Channel Islands) man is launching a campaign to make it a legal requirement that mobile signals be banned inside cars. It's illegal to block mobile signals in Europe at the moment but he wants to have that law changed on Health and Safety grounds.
