- maou, on 10/10/2007, -1/+203Man, those kids are gonna need a LOT of practice...
- dechah, on 10/10/2007, -6/+167I am looking forward to her next book "If God Wants Me to Remain Celibate Until Marriage, And Refrain From Self Abuse, Why The F*&k Do I Wake Up Each Day With A Woody?"
- mvanhorn, on 10/10/2007, -1/+154Other fine books by Lorraine Peterson.. "If God Loves Me, Why Can't I Get My Locker Open?" and "If You Really Trust Me, Why Can't I Stay Out Later?"

- robdiggity, on 10/10/2007, -0/+57with each other.
- Kinkistyle, on 10/10/2007, -2/+59I think Ms. Lorraine Peterson is jumping the gun a bit with the "Anybody can be Cool" part.
- airwalkery2k, on 10/10/2007, -4/+58---Book Description--
Anybody Can Be cool-But Awesome Takes Practice is an adventure in letting truth shape one's self-image.
Bestselling author Lorraine Peterson helps teens:
Discover what God says about each one of them.
Focus on biblical truths that free people to express their true personalities.
Be strong to stand up to the constant lies from Satan regarding inferiority, lack of self-acceptance and peer pressure.
Become the unique and beautifully designed person God has created to reflect Jesus Christ to the world.
Thirteen weeks of challenging and inspiring readings encourage young people to apply the power of their faith and value in Christ to the issues facing them at school, at work, with friends and family. - tcpip4lyfe, on 10/10/2007, -7/+59Pretty sure that is the antithesis of cool.
- extratired, on 10/10/2007, -4/+53that's not a book, it's a chair, table or closet stabiliser. and maybe also a paperweight.
- CarolynMittens, on 10/10/2007, -1/+50clearly those kids were the epitome of cool in the late 80s/early 90s. haven't you ever seen Saved by the Bell? mullets and parachute pants were all the rage apparently.
- MiDri, on 10/10/2007, -3/+41Ya she's an amazing author I rather enjoyed, "If god wants me to respect her saying no, why does her body say YES YES YES."
- raynar, on 10/10/2007, -3/+38My favorite was "Pop goes the Gerbil, and other fun microwave games". Also a good one is "Daddy drinks because of you, Timmy", and "Meet your new mom Robert".
- Gryffydd, on 10/10/2007, -3/+34You know, as dorky as that whole description sounds, if it helps some kid who wasn't going to be 'cool' anyway to at least come to grips emotionally with being a dweeb, then that's a good thing. Honestly, being a teenager is tough enough even when you're cool...it has to be way, way worse when you're....say.....that kid in the sweater.
- rudy23, on 10/10/2007, -4/+34the content quality on digg has sure gone to the dogs
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+30Apparently in the 80ies groups of friends tended to have 1 and only 1 person for each ethnicity.
- Urusai, on 10/10/2007, -2/+30What about "If You Loved Me, You'd Put It In Your Mouth"? Or "Anyone Can Die...Get Me That Beer Now, Woman"?
- hoghug, on 10/10/2007, -3/+28Indeed, come join the church, follow our teachings, assimilate into our community and learn how to reject (?) peer pressure...
- Drgn547, on 10/10/2007, -1/+26Looks like the guy on the cover has Zach Morris Syndrome
- LavaHot, on 10/10/2007, -0/+24So how much sex are you in the hole for?
- TheTaoOfBill, on 10/10/2007, -0/+24depends on what you mean by in the hole.
- Chandon, on 10/10/2007, -1/+24No you don't. You might get miscounted as a Hispanic friend, but that's pretty much it.
- HUKI365, on 10/10/2007, -1/+23Yours for only $.01

- devindotcom, on 10/10/2007, -0/+17Check your science... your dick isn't filled with piss, your full bladder is pressing against your prostate, causing a weird and raging boner.
- ceallaighgirl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+17No way, that guy looks kinda like Zach from 'Saved by the Bell'. That makes him automatically awesome.

- blast_flame, on 10/10/2007, -0/+13And not reading will give you a horrible job. *squeezes cash*
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+15I see what you did there.
- RobotGigante, on 10/10/2007, -0/+12Anybody can be a douchebag ...But being an ***** takes practice
- bsletten, on 10/10/2007, -2/+14No. Despite all of the nonsense about taking the Christ out of Christmas, X-mas is an abbreviation based on the Greek letter 'chi'. It still symbolizes the cross and Jesus.
Now, the irony is the celebration of a Christian religion on a Pagan Holiday to appeal to Pan Hellenic Greeks who had no interest in a monotheistic religion. (No, I am not referring to Easter, but that counts too) - carbonetc, on 10/10/2007, -1/+12Laugh if you want... that book made me totally awesome.
- Jwoey, on 10/10/2007, -2/+13But wasn't it delicious?
