  • philba, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I guess I have different take on this picture. The cops are probably whipping the dogs into a frenzy so they will bite anything. The handler clearly has little control over that animal. When the dog clamps onto a protester's face, what's the handler going to do? This indicates to me that the use of dogs for crowd control is a very bad thing.
