They'd stab themselves through the chest, slit their own throats, break their own necks, or bite their own tongues off. It is ridiculously easy (physically) to kill a person. But killing yourself requires completely overpowering what basically amounts to another brain which does nothing but sit around all day thinking of how to stay alive.
