- Jamminpotato, on 10/12/2007, -3/+145ilyaq: its not like guys are equally fascinated/obsessed by lesbians......
- HFrankenstein, on 10/12/2007, -3/+101Argh, damn it, this site belongs to a friend of mine. You're killing him. If you're going to cream his bandwidth, at least have the decency to link to the page that contains the image.
http://www.biggercheese.com/index.php?comic=662 - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -11/+103This is so true it's scary. Why are so many (geeky) girls obsessed with homosexuality? Like, they watch Pirates of the Caribbean, and what's their biggest wish? That Orlando Bloom's character dumped his girlfriend and bang Johnny Depp's ass. It frightens me.
- TalonHawk, on 10/12/2007, -10/+77Too much Soy Sauce...
- armbar, on 10/12/2007, -3/+63"his *other* secret identity"
That would be Thuperman, I presume. - Jolene, on 10/12/2007, -10/+58Actually, at the point when this happened. The two formed The Ambiguously Gay Duo, and Robin was left behind to become Nightwing.
Not many people know that. - mortigon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+34Replace those with 2 female barbies and you have yourself a good time for a 13 year old boy...
- cmiller1, on 10/12/2007, -3/+22I bet a lot of guys see The Pirates of The Caribbean 2 and their biggest wish is that Keira Knightly http://neuromancerwp.free.fr/Keira%20Knightley%2001.png and Naomie Harris http://www.hollywoodjesus.com/movie/after_sunset/05.jpg decided to go all lesbian on each other.
- anitab83, on 10/12/2007, -2/+20Hmmm ... I was more apt to do that with my brother's he-man characters. He-man and Skeletor had a pretty good thing going in my household, and skeletor looked much nicer with a dress
- hisjap2003, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15the pink, upside-down triangle in frame four was an excellent touch
- firemillen2, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14Batman, I wish I knew how to quit you.
- marinist, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Does it strike anyone else that "action figures" are simply dolls by another name?
Of course, "action figure" sounds a lot more cool. - Sibertank, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Its in the Offbeat News section, so its kinda ok. There isent a picture or comic section
- Jolene, on 10/12/2007, -8/+16Wrong reply. Bury.
- contradictator, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9You make joke! Is Nice! High Five!
- QueenOfSwords, on 10/12/2007, -5/+11Lois doesn't know about his *other* secret identity.
- Lazybones, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Superman is a Dick, he spends nearly all his time trying to control or destroy anything Lois does that would bring here fame and attention other than writing about him.
http://www.superdickery.com/ - brstilson, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9Hey guess what?
Everyone else watches the History Channel too - Bega, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7hey man, there's a world of difference between barbies and superheroes. I'm not usually for double standards, but damn, it's ***** BATMAN we're talking about here!
- r0b0, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10But superman! What about Lois!?
- Gatesophile, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7As a girl geek, it's because gay guys are hot. Especially gay geeky guys.
And, I will say right here and now, I would totally love to see Alex and Kevin make out. :) - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -12/+16Jamminpotato:
Guys who are obsessed with lesbians don't go off creating massively popular websites whose sole purpose is to feature either artwork or stories centering around graphic sex between famous characters from various forms of fictional entertainment (books, TV shows, etc), and then TARGET these stories and pictures at stories at their fellow teenagers.
No no, guys are going to go lock themselves in an empty room and masturbate furiously about such fantasies. Girls, on the other hand, will share these fantasies with each other in graphic detail.
See www.fanfiction.net as an example - reldruh, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7That's a good point. If it was a boy making two barbies make out there would be a lot of approval. It definitely wouldn't be 'Why boys are not allowed to play with dolls.' No wonder there aren't many techie girls.
- goonigoogoo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Thanks for all the comments guys, but as HFrankenstein ever so kindly asked, please don't hot link images as you're just burning through bandwidth without actually bringing anybody to the site, so they don't get the chance to read the rest of my strips, or the newsposts attached to them.
Direct link to the strip below:
http://www.biggercheese.com/index.php?comic=662 - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3 Just what i was thinking.
I've a friend who has written " /"fiction for fantasy and science fiction for years.
From what I've read, the reason women write / fiction is because they perceive the male/female relationship as not being equal, so it's better to fantasize about a relationship they see as equal (male/male)...Hence,there is a LOT of slash written by women who are hetero and Bi,and of course lesbians write it as well.
- owlies, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3@ Waterrat - you get it!
I think this comic was great, except for the exaggerated reaction by the guy. A few questions for everyone, because I'm baffled by the comments:
barbies kissing = hot, male barbies kissing = not hot? How does this compute?
Why can't male superheroes be objects of the male gaze? (God knows female superheroes are.)
Superheros aren't homosocial? Are they our last bastion of masculine virility?
(answer: no. see: Ambiguously Gay Duo)
Finally, let us women have our fun. Sometimes I think heterosexual men freak out when women fantasize about queer men because they don't have a part in the game at all. - max420, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3That was halarious... Love it...
- GliTCH82, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Sure you could play with action figures, but I always wanted to be the kid who blew up barbies and cabbage patch dolls
What I ended up being was a computer nerd. Oh well, there are always bigger toys to play with - theblueprint, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4I think my Scarlett and Baroness figures are still tangled together :)
- QueenOfSwords, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5GG! The coffee hit the keyboard when I read the bit about the crippled sidekick.
- MrHen, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3"Robin-- what have I done to you?"
- cletus327, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1he-man and skeletor clearly wanted each other...
they put it in the pooper - LastSight, on 02/08/2008, -0/+1AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY EYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no seriously that did hurt my eyes im a bit homophobic - ahuxley, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Its like slash fiction but in colour.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slash_fiction - Kikkoman, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Soy Sauce on your sunny side up!
- charmedguy18, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I love it. Let's see the trials and tribulations of batman and superman(the romance)!
- tdogg241, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Homophobia ftw.
- CygnusX1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The punchline was kind of like a flacid cumshot. Finished because you might as well have, but disappointing leaving you wondering why you did it in the first place.
- digitalunltd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Thanks for ruining the joke by posting the answer the ending in the title!?!!??!
- locojones, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Its in the Offbeat News section, so its kinda ok. There isent a picture or comic section"
"News" presupposes that there's actual information about specific and timely events contained within the item posted. And there's a reason there's no picture or comic section, so we don't have to read headlines like "LOLZ Dilbert today pwns!"
If I could mark this lame again, I would. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1haha, ownage.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Muwahahaha... taht is teh GHEY!!!
/edit: that needed more exclaimation marks.
GHEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - LordofChaosIori, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Dugg for old-school batman comics knowledge.
If you don't know, look up batman on wikipedia. - xenixninja, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Wow, how juvenile.
- Greg, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"Dark Helmet, save me!"
- Somniis, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1No.. we men freak out because women generally don't do the thing to their men that gay men to do each other. Lesbians are different simply because we men would happily do what lesbians do to each other, to our women. ;-) Does that make sense?
- jarga, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I couldn't have put it better myself.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4@ ilyag

Yes, they do. In fact, I can't think of a way to say what you said without being more wrong. It's as if you tried to say the most backwards thing imaginable. - 574lk3r, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1hmm,
well you learn something new everyday.
