People who have no self control and no idea of what proper nutrition is are the problem. I eat at McDonalds on occasion, and I'm not some fat blob american, like 75% of the people I see around me. But that's the thing.....I don't eat there 4 nights a week, and have salt-laden pre-packaged prepared frozen meals the other 3 nights.

    I cannot stand it when people talk about those 'starving in Africa', being all self righteous as if THEY actually care. The thing is i bet you've never actually made an effort (donating,volunteering etc) to make a difference to the 'starving in Africa'. Listening to Akon and watching Blood diamond doesn't mean you know Africa.
    And pointlessly yabbering about it certainly wont help.
