      -No glass on the ground.
      -No damage to other cars.

          If this isn't stagged, my best guess is a crane carrying the fan had a malfunction causing the fan to drop onto this car. However, as the posted pointed out, there is no glass or other debris nearby. This suggests to me that this either happened when none of the other vehicles were around and the debris had already been cleaned up, but they hadn't removed the car yet (possibly for insurance reasons).

          I think its far from obvious that this has anything to do with a storm.
