- WiseWeasel, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It's when you mass-send shouts with your Digg story link to all your "friends" (including non-mutual friends). The worst offenders, such as diggpandit here, add hundreds of people as their friends, and then repeatedly send shouts to all of them promoting their stories. If you send your story links to mutual friends only, and respect their wishes if they tell you to stop, then no one will accuse you of spamming.
