- AmyVernon, on 07/09/2009, -1/+48Ants are bastards. They have been invading my kitchen, no matter how much we scrub, clean, etc. I am an ant murderer and do not feel ashamed.
- NuPagady, on 07/08/2009, -1/+46It only takes 3 ants to kill a Stormtrooper.
- greenlight2001, on 07/09/2009, -1/+42That crab got ***** up. The video gave me the willies.
- muxaulo, on 07/08/2009, -1/+35I find your lack of faith disturbing.
- viper001, on 07/09/2009, -0/+28They attacked the weak point for MASSIVE. DAMAGE.
- gonegoogling, on 07/08/2009, -2/+21Ants completely dismantle a gecko.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3Mt2E1M6dU - FortyCaliber, on 07/09/2009, -0/+18Well, it was several thousand and you should believe on that.
- Legato, on 07/09/2009, -0/+17i initially only watched it because of its claim that the winner would be "unlikely"... thinking that the obvious unlikely contender would be the crab i watched to see how it could do the impossible.
if crabs could scream any human within 50 miles would probably be traumatized for life. - Yazilliclick, on 07/09/2009, -0/+15Have to disrupt their scent trails if you want to stand any chance of getting rid of them. Otherwise they'll just keep following it those damn persistent bastards.
- macmcraeart, on 07/09/2009, -0/+14the sound effects of the ants eating the live crab are ***** brutal.
(english accent) "ants eat...from the inside........out" - datagod, on 07/09/2009, -0/+13"an ant colony's brainpower can equal that of a human"
"an ant's brainpower rivals that of a Macintosh II"
I don't know which one is scarier! - Alias1431, on 07/09/2009, -0/+12That's how you did it in SimAnt, too!
- FortyCaliber, on 07/09/2009, -0/+11Windex will kill and destroy the scent trail inside.
Terro Spray kills and descents outside
Terro Bait along the trail kept them out for the rest of the year.
Terro only works against Argentine Ants and other sugar/grease ants. - adventureindia, on 07/08/2009, -3/+13can't believe on this...such a small ant can kill a crab
- GamerXR72, on 07/09/2009, -0/+10I agree. That was ***** nightmarish. I feel really bad for that crab, I cannot imagine a worse death.
- inactive, on 07/09/2009, -0/+9"Let's bring back the skull as a trophy!"
- Paulish, on 07/08/2009, -1/+10I am always impressed by the collective power of ants. It almost makes me feel bad when I kill them.
- TobiasParker, on 07/09/2009, -1/+10I have stepped on ant hills twice (both times were red ants) and a Yellow Jacket hive (who ***** knew bees could live underground) and let me tell you the ants were worse.
- MrBenC, on 07/09/2009, -0/+9i have 40,000 mac II's in my head? o_O!!
- iamacyborg, on 07/09/2009, -0/+8Boy, what are you on, VGA?
- Legato, on 07/09/2009, -0/+7thunder feet much?
- TobiasParker, on 07/09/2009, -0/+7One time with ants was on Vacation in Georgia, i saved myself by jumping into a swimming pool.
The other time was at my uncles house who lives in kind of a rural area.
The bees were in the middle of the city park, it was the weirdest thing, i sat my duffel bag down and suddenly bees were everywhere, i ran all the way home and wound up with 28 stings. It ***** sucked. The ants were still worse though, at least i couldnt really see the bees on me. - sdave88, on 07/09/2009, -0/+7That video made me really itchy.
- tgc1, on 07/09/2009, -0/+7Weird how they tried to move the bones too.
- Sucka27, on 07/09/2009, -0/+7The highlight was the discussion linked about why an ant can survive in a microwave. Now that's bad ass. http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=10 ...
- DangerCollie, on 07/09/2009, -0/+6I say we dust off and nuke the whole site from orbit.
It's the only way to be sure. - directedition, on 07/09/2009, -0/+6Great. And I was just about to go to sleep.
- tgc1, on 07/09/2009, -0/+6We collaborate to kill. Just like humans. Without our collaborating together, we'd never have what we have today. Our civilization and our large cities and structures are due to our cooperation with one another.
- RSS14, on 07/09/2009, -0/+6Live for the swarm!
- Iwantawii, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4Until that ***** with the giant feet and lawnmower comes and destroys your world.
- TommyHigh, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4The video in the comments of the lone ant tricking the scorpion into stinging itself was the best. You never really think about one ant working alone.
- SilverBack101, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4*covers ears and curls into fetal position at the piercing scream of the crab*
Make it stop!!! Make it STOOOOP!! ; _ ; - inactive, on 07/09/2009, -1/+5that's how many Ewoks it takes too.
- Jaime2000, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4Giant enemy crab (based on real history)
- urik88, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4I don't give a ***** about the law. I'm getting a flamethrower.
- W0lf1o, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4Amazing considering their brain is probably smaller than a pixel.
- phibit, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4OK, that crab thing was pretty awesome!
- Animan351, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4It would suck so bad to be that centipede.
- EricOfTheJames, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4From a comment on the article :
* Ants can survive in a microwave oven
http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=10 ... - KingGorilla, on 07/09/2009, -1/+5if you were gonna do the overlord joke you should've stuck with the original which was about ants
"I for one, welcome our new insect overlords" - GordSandalwood, on 07/09/2009, -0/+4i'm toiling in a sugar cave as we speak
- Dinner, on 07/09/2009, -1/+4Damn, ants. You...you really get the job done.
- Spo8, on 07/09/2009, -1/+4Owned.
- andythefan, on 07/09/2009, -1/+4DAMN NATURE YOU SCARY
- nepidae, on 07/09/2009, -0/+3not much to look at once you scrape them off your boot
- underxoath, on 07/09/2009, -0/+3DO A BARREL ROLL
- Dealjobber, on 07/09/2009, -1/+4My dad used to always say 'those ***** ants' but I just call them fire ants.
- themastersb, on 07/09/2009, -1/+4Damn nature! You scary!
- Jaime2000, on 07/09/2009, -0/+3That's nothing; watch ants steal all of Garfield's food. With a catchy background song, too!
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x8lqep_garfield-t ... - LegomanArt, on 07/09/2009, -0/+3No, not really, SanFranMan. The article talks more about the placement of the ants in the microwave rather than the imperiousness of the ants to the microwaves.
