- e8989, on 07/08/2009, -5/+21I have a friend with the last name Spite, and when I used to go over to her house, I'd be going to the Spite house.
- dn11, on 07/08/2009, -0/+15BEST ABSTRACT ARTWORK OF A CACTUS EVER!!!
- fullyflared, on 07/08/2009, -2/+15Coming home drunk must be a mission
- FredFredrickson, on 07/07/2009, -6/+17The less-popular sequel to Road house?
- JakeBC, on 07/08/2009, -0/+11The Sam Kee building in Vancouver is only 4'11" wide. Built in 1913 after the city expropriated 24' of his land to widen Pender St.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Kee_Building - inactive, on 07/07/2009, -3/+13I'd totally do something like that.

- Shaggy3, on 07/08/2009, -0/+7Who gives a *****. Some of us have a *little* bit of a life and don't browse multiple social news websites all day.
- Pinkertinkle, on 07/08/2009, -0/+5FTA "He was a prominent ophthalmologist (basically, an optometrist that treats diseases and performs surgeries)"
O is that what an ophthalmologist is? - Spyder2k, on 07/08/2009, -0/+5It's what I call my place when the wife is mad :/
- d1sturbdepeace, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4Looks like the home of Stuart Little

Spite House: A place where the fridge is always stocked with Hater-ade. - RobertWright, on 08/13/2009, -3/+7Love the Puppy!
- poppyfire, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4Dugg Down, out of spite.
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4I found your comment random, tasteless, and utterly hilarious.
- diemunkiesdie, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4That first one is kind of weird. If both of them were left the land, then couldn't the brother claim that he has rights to whatever house was built on it by the other brother? Or that since he did not agree to its building it must be torn down?
- joshuaer, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4What some one took an article and bookmarked it on more then one site, OMFG they need to burn in hell for this.
No one should ever but a link on more then one social bookmarking site ever. Since we all use every one of them.
PS. I do not have a reddit account and never plan to! ( nor do i have a life ) - Maynza, on 07/08/2009, -1/+4Am I the only one who read the url as Blur Tit?
- user24, on 07/08/2009, -0/+3"We couldn't find a picture of the Schilling/Falloon spite house, so here is a picture of a cute puppy" nice.

- SveedeshCheef, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2Am I the only person that thought of Doom House? Or has seen it for that matter....
- zyklon, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2So, you're saying you'd troll your town and neighbour?
- loringalta, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2That is one long answer to a question. Though it was very informative and quite interesting.
- MasonZombie, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2I've totally been there.
- ophello, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2Love it. I'd like to take a tour but I think I might need to lose some weight first.
- hitdrumhard, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2I could see a hilarious plot centered around this.... oh wait.
- fakeXsound, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2The Boston Skinny House was featured in the fantastic coffee table book, Weird New England. Anyone who lives in New England and like the bizarre and paranormal should check it out.
- bororiz, on 07/08/2009, -0/+1the Skinny House, I don't get it. Brother 'A' has a big house while brother 'B' (the soldier) built himself a house with no front door. How is this suppose to annoy brother 'A'?
- DouglasQ, on 07/08/2009, -5/+6A church.
- quademire87, on 07/08/2009, -3/+4bahaha, this gives me ideas
- gordigor, on 07/08/2009, -1/+2Imagine that, Mormon's being dicks about something else.
Riverton used to be small farming community. Now its just McMasion central. - skit4king, on 07/08/2009, -1/+2The last house there was just silly, and the white wall looked like the spite house's right wall but it was just optical illusion... and I'm losing my mind.
- bf01, on 07/08/2009, -0/+1I used to live on the coast and a couple of my neighbors were feuding over something, probably about one destroying the ocean view of the other. One of them painted a 10' high Rolling Stones' Lip and Tongue image on the back of their house for the neighbor to see.

- 2006nerd, on 07/08/2009, -0/+1My speaker was on and that thing almost gave me a ***** heart attack. Thanks, jackass.
- LordMaude, on 07/08/2009, -1/+2No. It's a bit like the Israelis. Except they scared the rightful owners, the Palestinians off their land. Then built on it, lots and lots of settlements. Of course the Palestinians were outgunned militarily and legally. I imagine the brother came back and couldn't afford a legal challenge so he did the next best thing, annoy the ***** out of his brother by building this house. If this had happened in the 20th century his brother could have responded with a bulldozer, just like you know who.
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -1/+1The story given is an urban legend. No one knows for sure the real reasons for The Skinny House.
- joshuaer, on 07/08/2009, -1/+1Ya even mocking religion is not welcomed!
