That's .000046 crimes per person. Have you seen the romani beggars and theives that hang out near there? Scary stuff. Has nothing to do with religion or morals and everything to do with motive and opportunity. While some doofus is marvelling at St. Peters, he has his $1600 dollar camera dangling at his side....suddenly it's gone! Really? Are people really going to look at this not realize how facts can be so distorted??? The Vatican is also one of the world's biggest tourists destinations. That means loads of criminals from ROME hang out there. I mean, look at the big picture here. The Vatican isn't really comparable to cities or anything, it is just the capital of a religion, with amazing building and religious historical hot spots. This is retarded to compare the Vatican to other nations like it is actively trying to participate like a nation - it isn't. No trade, no airlines, it's just a religious capital.
