- pollardito, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2it generally is used to mean the same thing as the existing words "phrase" and "idea", but apparently they had to make a new word that means the same thing while making the speaker sound really silly at the same time. in the meantime, it has use as a good indicator that the person using it isn't saying anything that's worth listening to
