Thieves Stab Wheelchair Bound Man 4 Times, Steal His Urine

azcentral.com — A 26-year-old man in a wheelchair was stabbed in Surprise Sunday morning in what might have been a random incident, police say. The victim, James Del Rio, of Phoenix, was treated at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West for four stab wounds, and later released, said Surprise police Sgt. Mark Ortega.
