- ethanator1088, on 04/14/2009, -0/+13Last words of the article "The rest of the workforce is mainly made up of in-laws and family friends."
Now that is keeping it in the family. - Frostek, on 04/14/2009, -0/+12"We promote family values almost as much as we promote family members..."
- Linkgx1, on 04/14/2009, -0/+8I'd work there. If one family member dies or gets sick, I can have a day off. One by one for the next 25 years should be good.
- WordsnCollision, on 04/13/2009, -2/+10What, did they hire the Duggars?
- NegativeDigg, on 04/14/2009, -1/+9Ok, so they give jobs to people in the family....where is the story here?
- charlietuna, on 04/15/2009, -0/+5Great Britain's Taxation Department (HMRC) is famous for their ability to go after suspects without much of a burden of proof. I'm American, so I can't get so all high and mighty righteous, but their reputation even made it across the pond.

I am not sure about in the UK but I can tell you that the IRS would make frequent visits to such a company if it was in the US.
Having Employee's that our family members is a good way to move money around. There are possible criminal reasons for doing so but the biggest reason to do it is to get around the gift tax. - acrodev, on 04/14/2009, -2/+5Conflict of Interest?
- copypastry, on 04/14/2009, -0/+3Guess there's no dipping your pen in the company ink at that place.

- havocjaw, on 04/14/2009, -0/+2You would actually need to go to work to cover their old position, assuming you are not the one of 25 who died.

- charlietuna, on 04/15/2009, -0/+1I'm glad this is a manufacturer, I mean something made domestically and not in China. Maybe we can take a cue from them here in the USA.
- Linkgx1, on 04/15/2009, -0/+1If five die in a year, I can have all five of their jobs. Then I can get a SLR Mclaren!
- shimple, on 04/14/2009, -1/+2Without reading the article, I'm going to say that is one really amazing coincidence.
