It was kinda cool, but the point of water balloons or water bombs is to peg them at each other. I don't want it to be, but it is. It's a bunch of kids who decided to take an entire day of their summer to REINVENT THE HOSE, then squirt each other with it. Also, one of the kids has a helmet. I understand some parents are THAT lame, but then wouldn't they make ALL the kids wear helmets?
Subsequently, I hereby propose the following contest:
I will pay $7 to the first person to create a water balloon that is 120' in diameter, and drop it from a tall building onto someone. The reward will double if it hits a retarded kid or an elderly person. Quadruple if it hits Paris Hilton.

If the balloon was perfectly spherical, it'd hold about 904778.6842 feet cubed or 6768242.701 gallons of water. Water is roughly 8 pounds per gallon, so that's 54145941.61 pounds.

- inactive, on 10/19/2007, -0/+1Reminds me of when I was in college my roomates and I filled up one of those big blow-up punching balloons (you know those big rubber air filled balloons with a rubber band grip that you hold up in the air and punch it repeatedly with your fist) with water. From our second story balcony we called out to our downstairs neighbor and dropped it on him. It scared the ***** out of us when the balloon did not burst immediately on impact. The unsuspecting neighbor buckled under the weight of the 3.5' diameter water balloon like a paper doll. We thought we broke his neck. Turns out he was OK but just really pissed off at us.
