Seriously out of all the wedding dresses in the world (google image search), you pick out number 2 as a bad one?
I dont know of a single guy that wouldnt want their wife to wear that (as long as they can fill it nicely)

Some women also get some darkening of the facial pigment too, it's called a "pregnancy mask". A C-section is generally horizontal, not vertical. Now days they are very discreet and usually just above the pubic hairline, and they've never spanned the entirety of the belly like that.
