Anyone who is 14 or 15 can only have sex with a person that's within 5 years their age. Anyone 12-13 can do it with a person who is within 2 years their age.

Nevermind that a 16 y/o can drive a 2 ton vehicle down the road at 70 miles an hour and we'll trust them in that capacity. But when it comes to who they want to be physically intimate with, we draw the line, damn it.
