If you were convicted of a felony murder and were about to get executed I bet you would be crying about your rights and yell that capital punishment was inhumane.

- Ramble, on 11/12/2007, -0/+9I think there are worse than these. The Brazen Bull is pretty nasty, the condemned is placed inside a bull made of brass and a fire is lit underneath, the person is roasted alive. Due to some impressive metalwork the screams sound like a bellowing bull.
I've also read of people being tied to a boat, smeared with honey and such and then given diarrhoea by being fed various foods. They would then float them out into a pond where the environment or the fauna would kill them, often days after it had started.
