- EdgarVerona, on 11/29/2007, -0/+44Uhh... did anyone else notice that the last guy in the list admitted to killing 140 people, and he's only serving a 22 year term in prison?

Estimated Body Count: 300+
He would attack young girls in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. He would rape and kill them, burring their bodies throughout the countryside.
"He was released from prison in 1998, and his current whereabouts are unknown."
released from prison WTF?! - klane, on 11/29/2007, -2/+336. H.H. Holmes
Props for building a hotel with frickin' chutes that lead down into a pit of death! - TwoKill, on 11/29/2007, -1/+26Would have been easier to imagine what number one had if it wasn't right at the top.
- dillyhoo, on 11/29/2007, -0/+20The funny thing is that Luis Garavito (Mr. Tea Party) wasn't caught until *after* "Con Air" came out. (Steve Buschemi, ewwwwwwww...)
- Hexogen, on 11/29/2007, -0/+17The moral of the story is to only be a serial killer in South America.
- Steelfox, on 11/29/2007, -1/+17*****
- noots, on 11/29/2007, -0/+12it's called "the law of retardation". Once you kill over 100 people, each subsequent person removes 1 year from your sentance.
- funkytommyman, on 11/29/2007, -0/+9Thugee is the actual term that "thug" is derived from. The "thugees" were an Indian network who would kill and rob travelers.
- benedictkenny, on 11/29/2007, -0/+9Yeah, um...his gang is where the word comes from, son.

- Nick22, on 11/29/2007, -4/+12OMG LETS BE COOL AND CENSOR THE WORD "*****" - THEY'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT IM SAYING!!
/caps - GrahamZ, on 11/29/2007, -0/+8How could people who've willingly admitted to killing hundreds of people, (along-side with proper evidence) be given 10-20 year sentences then released. That boggles the mind.
- capiCrimm, on 11/29/2007, -0/+6I don't understand? It's not like they found crack cocaine on him or anything.
- crowleston, on 11/29/2007, -0/+6To a Rancor I would imagine.
- Tyr86, on 11/29/2007, -0/+5He would then prop up the bodies and have “tea parties” with them, until he grew bored and found others to kill.
You have to be screwed up in the first place to want to murder, but I wanna know WTF happened in his childhood to do that? Did he read too much Alice in Wonderland and got fixated on the Mad Hatter? Did he try to start a tea cartel when everyone is growing marijuana? Did he get some bad Lipton one day?
We'll never know. - ElectricDoodie, on 11/29/2007, -4/+9How could the "Monster of Andes" have killed over 300 people, yet because he was cooperative, he got out after 2 years?! And the worst part is that he's still around!
- merper, on 11/29/2007, -0/+5Ah, good. And here I was thinking he got a ridiculously short sentence for killing enough people to fill a 747 with bodies.
- Fieri, on 11/29/2007, -0/+4Get some perspective.
- bmcnally, on 11/29/2007, -1/+5Guess they're not counting medieval masters, like Vlad the Impaler.

- demonsnake69, on 11/29/2007, -2/+5The moral of this article: you can kill as many ***** as you want as long as you cooperate with the cops, then you'll be sent home.

- Hetman, on 11/29/2007, -1/+32 things. 1) different countries have different laws and bribe levels. 2) lots of people admit to murders they have never committed. To me it seems bizarre but people do it all the time.
- Tyrghast, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2you have murderers, and then you have awesome scary psychopaths that would make great movies. holmes is the latter.
- Heywoodj, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2Maybe its a good plan? Image 300 families of the victims read in the paper that this sick ***** is getting released tomorrow.
Whereabouts unknown indeed. Wherever he is I hope he is at room temperature. - chaostheoryd, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2where is Richard Kuklinski aka "The Iceman" ?
- edebolt, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2Joseph Stalin with upwards of 50,000,000 would take the prize but that is a different category. I suppose the one thing you could say is that they just don't make serial killers like they used to... what a bunch of slackers.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Stalin - Tyrghast, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2pol pot was notoriously absent.
- sappysyrup, on 11/29/2007, -0/+2H.H Holmes is my favorite. Imagine going to a Holiday Inn or Super Eight and then being gassed and killed.

- bitspace, on 11/29/2007, -0/+1We might... he's not dead yet. Any volunteers to travel to the Colombian prison where he's held and interview him?
- SolidSnake24, on 03/28/2008, -0/+1Sometimes you kill one person and get the death penalty, here there are individuals who have killed hundreds and have been spared execution!! I'm confused!!
