The second I saw Natalie Portman's name in the Honorable Mention this list became *****. Did they not SEE any of the Star Wars movies? Natalie Portman was a gabiljillion times better as an actress at age 12 or whatever the hell she was in he Professional than she has been in any movie since.
And anyone who watched the horrible 4 episode story arc of Arrested Development would have something to say about Charlize Theron as well. She was great in Closer, and to a lesser degree, V for Vendetta.

Well, buried for not having Natalie Portman. Aside from the horrible dialogue that is Star Wars, Natalie's had some great movies (not that star wars aren't great, they're just not great for judging acting).
