- Annath, on 02/03/2008, -18/+46actually....working in a psychiatric ward, I see kids come in all the time, who for whatever reason had a bad reaction to their first ecstasy hit and fried their brains. really tragic case was a girl of about 20, comes in with her parents. she gets set up with a room. 20 min later she is screaming and sobbing from abdominal pain. nurse checks for swelling and her lower abdomen is swollen to 3x normal. X ray revealed her bladder was VERY full, the drugs had fried her brain to the point where she no longer knew how to urinate.
