  • Khast, on 07/12/2009, -5/+56What bugs me is texting really has become an addiction. People text while driving, they text while walking....and though they are paying close attention to what they are saying, they potentially put themselves and others in danger.

    Personally, though the manhole cover wasn't marked, she should have been paying attention to where she was walking in the first place. If it wasn't the manhole, what if she walked into traffic?

    Both parties are at fault...I'd say the lawsuit should be thrown out for sheer stupidity...and the teen should be sent to the Textaholics Anonymous meetings.
