A propane grill doesn't get very hot at all (relatively speaking), and even a charcoal grill is not going to cut it. Especially if he had "leaping flames" and "black smoke". I think this guy is an evil psycho and a dumb ass. What kind of idiot thinks killing a teenage girl in Texas is going to do anything but put you to the front of the line for an execution. He could've saved himself the tedious court time and made it a murder-suicide. (or saved everyone from his useless existence and just committed suicide)
If next time you just take a small blower (broken hair dryer that doesn't get hot any more works well) and pipe it into the bottom of your grill. work with pieces under 10 pounds at a time. and take your time with it. sift the chunky bits out and dump them in the river to spread out the floaty bits and to have the hard bits sink. the ash you can do whatever you like with that, just get rid of it. (don't flush it in your toilet, it will turn to sludge and clog it)
If murders were actually literates instead of complete morons they might have read some good ideas in mystery novels. although I don't get why they bother. The suspect (ex-boyfriend) dismembered her body in his bathtub and then burned the body parts and clothes. Yes, not all of the body is able to be burned completely away, this would take extremely high heat. What he did was burn the smaller body parts so that it wouldn't appear to be human parts, and then dumped the parts in multiple dumpsters around that part of Houston. Both grills and all other "utensils" used were also dumped. HPD said that the apartment was very thoroughly cleaned with ammonium and that only two specks of blood were found. So for those who are calling the police there lazy, be realistic. With her being a fellow student of mine, it is very disturbing to hear about the things that she went through. But be realistic. It is simply impossible to find small body parts that were dumped one week before and have been determined to be scattered between 3-5 landfills around that part of the state. As lauseofficer stated above me, Aggies hold Silver Taps every month and I will for sure be there, as will probably another 25,000-30,000 Aggies. We have them on the first Tuesday of each month for missed souls from the previous month. Around 10:15 P.M. the lights across campus are extinguished and hymns chime from Albritton Tower while students and faculty collect in the Academic Plaza in total silence. Following a 21-gun salute by the Ross Volunteer Firing Squad, six buglers play Silver Taps three times from the dome of the school's Academic Building: once to the north, once to the south and once to the west. The song is not played to the east because the sun is never to rise on that Aggie again. We then return home or to the chapel to pray for the departed. It is never "fun" to go to these, but always I moving experience. I will be proud to go to this one, as well the vast majority of the other 43,000 Aggies. There is no telling what would happen if they let us loose on that bastard child of humanity, but it wouldn't be pretty.
