- sgvprelude, on 06/30/2008, -1/+231That 19 year old looks like he's 40
- Meursault, on 06/30/2008, -2/+157He accidentally stepped into a vat of tasers and fell headlong into a bat swinging machine.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -20/+174Based on his prior criminal record, the world won't miss a thing.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -8/+118It was just his time.
Oh, and the cops executed him, but that's neither here nor there. - inactive, on 06/30/2008, -3/+100"Sprinkle some crack on him"
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -12/+94Black Man kills Police Officer. Black Man found dead in his cell. You do the math.
- whoomp123, on 06/30/2008, -10/+88he isn't white or female so nancy grace won't say a thing about it
- dzw120, on 06/30/2008, -0/+77Well, seeing as the medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide and that he was housed in his own cell that was accessible only by guards, it's hard to come to other conclusions besides death-by-ninja or participation in a M. Night Shyamalan plot.
- dreadlocks, on 06/30/2008, -3/+75fortunately that's not for the cops to decide.
- Thrilltone, on 06/30/2008, -0/+65Uh oh
Somebody's gonna get suspended with pay over this. - gforce051, on 06/30/2008, -25/+88Saves the state a good buck.
- jrdbrn, on 06/30/2008, -35/+89Whomever decided to kill him did everyone a favor
- sockpuppets, on 06/30/2008, -5/+59RTFA they already ruled it homicide.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -20/+71Unfortunately that's not for the cops to decide.
- AshamedAmerican, on 06/30/2008, -1/+48Clearly he fell down an elevator shaft and onto some bullets.
- sockpuppets, on 06/30/2008, -1/+43It offended their masculinity to call it "brunch."
- secondfiddle, on 06/30/2008, -13/+54I guess he will never get his G.E.D.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -5/+45Maybe you deserve it too? When it comes down to it, the police have zero say in the matter. If they get revenge, they too should be held for murder.
- sockpuppets, on 06/30/2008, -2/+42Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -10/+47Filed under "Feel Good Stories".
- hseldon, on 06/30/2008, -11/+46People who say he deserved it miss the point entirely. For starters, he is innocent by law until proven guilty. For the cops to murder this guy make their crime worse than (presumably) his. How can we have a country of law when law enforcement takes law into its own hands?
- h3llscaper, on 06/30/2008, -0/+31WHAT A TWIST
- martian, on 06/30/2008, -17/+46Maybe the cop deserved it
- sigmaman2, on 06/30/2008, -7/+36Okay, maybe he was on his way to die anyway, being a cop-killer and all. I'm not trying to justify his actions.
The thing is, now Maryland cops are dirty. It doesn't matter which one of them murdered him in his jail cell. It doesn't even matter whether they killed him or not. He died in police custody. In the absence of other information, that's enough to condemn the entire department.
And unfortumately, the police will try to benefit by spreading the word of his death on the street. Every speeder and jaywalker will get the business... "Don't cross us, or you'll wind up like Ronnie White!" - ashes0, on 06/30/2008, -14/+43Natural causes I say!!!
*Hides Deathnote* - martian, on 06/30/2008, -2/+30No. It's not justice. It's vengeance.
- paulie86, on 06/30/2008, -1/+27"When they returned at 10:30 a.m. with his lunch..."
Really? Lunch at 10:30 a.m.? - billbugger, on 06/30/2008, -9/+35you see that guy's record?
It's rather obvious what happened to him, but i have no sympothy for him. It's not like he was a law-biding, standup citizen. - UrrbinLegind, on 06/30/2008, -6/+30Just because he's black doesn't make him innocent. (There wasn't enough room on the band wagon.)
- UrrbinLegind, on 06/30/2008, -12/+36OH NO! A habitual criminal and murderer is dead in a jail cell! *****! There is Karma.
- aladrin, on 06/30/2008, -1/+25You're absolutely right... He was just an *****, but they are subverting the entire system. They can't see that, though, and will bury you.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -4/+28People that kill cops just make the police more militarized, and resentful of the public why be nice when you never know if you will get killed on your next call how would you fell if you had a job that you never know if your next customer will kill you.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -1/+24Maybe so, but don't you hold our law enforcement to a higher standard than your average thug? Might as well pay the mafia to protect your neighborhood.
- martian, on 06/30/2008, -10/+32More so than if he killed a civilian?
- pixeldust, on 06/30/2008, -2/+24Seeing as how the officers killed him I doubt they were too concerned about getting him hasty medical treatment.
- dave122, on 06/30/2008, -0/+22it's also a pretty nasty slippery slope to start heading down that path.
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -0/+22she's a big fat bitch!
- inactive, on 06/30/2008, -2/+23So cops can get revenge if one of their own is killed but I can't if, say, someone kills a member of my family?
- 0gre, on 06/30/2008, -0/+20unless there is an expensive investigation and an even more expensive trial for the person who killed the truck driver.
- sockpuppets, on 06/30/2008, -1/+21He died from watching a M. Night Shyamalan marathon. God is merciful.
- kikibun, on 06/30/2008, -3/+23If you read the article it clearly states that the medical examiner said that the guy's death was a homicide.
- publiclurker, on 06/30/2008, -5/+25Oh, please, a lot of people have had a hard life, that doesn't justify criminal behavior.
- wynja, on 06/30/2008, -1/+21"Hmmm, Seems he slipped and repeatedly beat his head into toilet. We're still working out the logistics of this one."
- S3Captain, on 06/30/2008, -0/+19That was the first thing that went through my mind when I saw the photo. Now you are as smart as me. That's not necesaarily a good thing.
- pixeldust, on 06/30/2008, -1/+17He was in a locked cell alone, under the supervision of the cops, and his death was a homicide. Do I need to draw you a picture?
- bigd063, on 06/30/2008, -14/+29No one deserves to die because they won't be missed.
- imacommi, on 06/30/2008, -0/+15yeah minus the wrongful death suit...
- JohnFrisco, on 06/30/2008, -8/+22You people are hypocrites saying he deserves it--and at the same time have the nerve to condemn torture in Iraq.
