- usp8riot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+55I sense a future where this guy will be tripping over his beard.
- spdracerx, on 10/12/2007, -3/+54I know, right? The irony of the whole thing is that his beard now makes him look kinda like Osama Bin Laden. D'oh!
- venir, on 10/12/2007, -4/+50It frustrates me even more that instead of going after the man responsible for 9/11 we have poured all our resources into ousting Saddam who had no link to 9/11. $400 Billion later we have a civil war in Iraq and Osama is still at large.
- jsd8cc, on 10/12/2007, -2/+43ZZ Top called, they need a new bass player.
- alpha736, on 10/12/2007, -5/+33It frustrates me that bin laden still hasn't been caught.
- dclowd9901, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28"His wife, Donita, hates the beard, "
All I can think is: "Wow... He hasn't had sex in five years..." - Llanowar, on 10/12/2007, -3/+29Actually, that explanation is just a fake... I bet he is actually hiding Osama in his beard.
- mecole21, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27funniest part is when he started he thought it would only grow for a month....
- mapkinase, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27It is good that they explained why he is doing the beard thing. 'cause, you know... people might have different thoughts. Like he is Sikh, or a Muslim...
- tofagerl, on 10/12/2007, -3/+28Ah, the non-violent protest... Gotta love it :)
- VeganG, on 10/12/2007, -4/+26Neither are you.
- Roche, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22It's a perfect visual representation of how ineffective Bush is.
- justinjacobs, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23Wow ladies and gents, we got ourselves an optimist here.
- Pattyo13, on 05/14/2009, -2/+20yes...piss on those trying to make a statement
- evilTak, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19Somebody turn this guy in, and the problem will be solved!
- manicdvln, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16I think this shave strike would be more potent if it was a female teacher doing it.
- flernk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16@skjosh
"just wants to feel important"?!?
After reading that article, how could have possibly construed his intentions as prideful?
You're dumb. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+17ThrasherC: You completely missed the point.
The joke that Osama will be captured for the 2008 elections is referring to how the US government is purposely waiting until then so that the capture helps Republicans win. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14You're wrong. We haven't seen his wife and as the article states, she doesn't like his beard.
There might be other reasons... - thewaz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13@ DAaaMan64:
his opinion that we should catch Osama Bin Forgotten? OH SNAP THAT IS SO WITTY! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14Nevermind the fact that we've stopped looking...
- Coven, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10@gmillerd:
Where is Boba Fett when you need him... - M4tt3r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Arg, it's horrid to think all us men would look like that, if we didn't shave.
Damn that would be itchy. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9No, it's more likely that Bush bought him a nice beach resort in the tropics where he's chillin with Ken Lay
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9What is the benefit of capturing Osama? I mean, I notice that killing Zarqawi in Iraq sure turned THAT war around!
- tgilber, on 10/12/2007, -5/+12I'm pretty sure he's referring to the elections... ;-)
- spoulson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Sir, why are you growing a beard?
Are you doing this for world peace?
Are you doing this for women's rights?
Or for the environment?
Or for animals?
Or for nuclear arms?
-I just felt like growing a beard. - nightsweat, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Those are very soft pants you have on, Mrs. Smith. Oh, you're not wearing pants?
- 10001110101, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9@gmillerd - Dude, if the US Army can't find him, what's throwing more bounty hunters at the problem going to accomplish?... Unless, of course, one of them is Boba Fett.
@Coven - Touche. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+11He will be replaced by a more ruthless man the very hour he is captured.
Fighting a war on terror is like fighting a war on jealousy. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6wouldn't want to look shabby now, would he?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7That thing is going to get awefully long. Bush and his boy Osama will definitely be laughing their arses off during their next Bush/Bin Laden families get-together.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+55 years to grow a foot long beard? This guy is an underachiever.
- yorch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+410 years later......
....And now with the news,....teacher is set to break Guinness record for biggest beard!.... - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I'm a borderline liberal, and I remember my 8th grade English teacher (a Republican) going off on tangents where he railed against the Clinton administration, especially the whole Monica Lewinski scandal at the time. I found it very enlightening. Of course it didn't hurt that my classmates often participated in the discussions and in effect debated him, but he had a Ph.D so he sort of mopped the floor with all of them. All in all, I think we all came out of that class better and smarter people, and I think he was one of the best teachers I ever had.
- tobiasproject, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5thank you for sharing, bloodylip
- reed311, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Poor guy. He should have waited until we get a competent President in office. That beard is going to be dragging on the ground.
- kbarrett, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Thank goodness he didn't decide to go on a hunger strike.
- lj535i, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Hopefully he at least washes it occassionally. Think of all the nasty food particles and other detritus that could get lost in there. *shudder*
- Roche, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4What pills are you taking?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3could you imagine if a woman did this instead of a man? rofl
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4You learn nothing when you hear opposing opinions? That explains quite a bit about your character.
- BullyJack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I don't know him, but I already like him.
- dshPls, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Ivac, yepp...
Just like how gas amazingly has gone down in the last 3 weeks, it's manipulation on the part of the administration as a conspiracy theorist would put it...
I'm not a theorist, but it does seem strange. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4@ThrasherC - Well personally I'd like to see someone else try to catch him now.
- DAaaMan64, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Oh really? And my character in class really matters when I am 12? When I am 12 I am just a gullible kid listening to a teacher. I am much older now but I hear all of the time about teacher's saying what they think of the current administration in their English class to a bunch of 12 year olds. That is inappropriate, regardless of what direction your swinging.
- Wichenroder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3but err.. Bin Laden didn't do it..what's his point?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2In a pinch....
Would he wipe with his beard? - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Another Conspiracy Nut to add to my block list! Yay!
