- bethehammer, on 10/27/2007, -2/+50One officer wrote, "He had refused to drop the camera which could be used as a weapon." - thats all we need to know - this country is heading straight for complete police control. Goodbye USA, hello Fascist States of America
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -4/+44I hope he sues their asses off. That was disgusting. Police are becoming more scum everyday and are told to act this way by their superiors who in turn are told this by the New World Order. The police are being used like attack dogs and the phrase "To serve and protect" only applies to the New World Order now I guess. The citizens who pay their salaries and who they swore to protect now are their enemy. Wake up cops and stop acting like scum. Learn about your history. Policemen and women are not supposed to act this way.
- SwordOfShannara, on 10/27/2007, -1/+37Get used to nothing. You've never heard of striking back? You're just going to let them take away your rights and beat you just because they feel like it and all you can say is get used to it? You're out of your freaking mind brjohnson789. Very soon the people are going to need to start sending a strong, clear and very forcefull message to these individuals and to the higher-ups that try to defend them- and you know just what the hell I'm talking about. This was totally unprovoked and TOTAL BRUTALITY.
- jeffiek, on 10/23/2007, -1/+32cops stated camera "could be used as a weapon"
So can my fists. Should I cut them off? - FiatLux88, on 10/27/2007, -1/+25I hope they sue the pants off everyone of those police personally, then the police department. This needs to be made BIG in the media. Keep digging this and also Reddit. blast this out in emails to the four winds of the internet to wake up the sheeple
- brjohnson789, on 10/25/2007, -7/+31Get used to this kind of thing people. Not obeying police commands, no matter what they are, makes you a criminal in their minds.
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -0/+23Photographs and videotapes ARE great weapons when used against the fascists. That's why they don't want us using them.
Of course, you turned on the sarcasm switch. Fact remains if this continues it will get but worse. - guestaccount, on 10/21/2007, -2/+18WTF
- depburns, on 10/27/2007, -1/+17The problem is that we are being conditioned to accept this on multiple levels, plus the hoops he will have to jump through to win his case may not be something that everyone can follow through with. I am totally amazed as well that the public is so totally brain dead that they would allow all this to happen without more outrage, but that pressure is building.
- tehowe, on 10/29/2007, -4/+20Yeah, he had a CAMERA you peons. Everyone knows they can be used as a weapon. AND he was speaking back to an officer. Obviously this scum citizen got what was coming to him. America! Freedom, yeah! Booyah.
- RavyneHawke, on 10/27/2007, -1/+17You have cops and security guards being trained in the same style as the military and then you wonder why this is going on? It was bad enough when you would get insecure men/women suddenly getting a badge and acting tough, but now they are getting the training too. No, I am not against all cops; I know many who still take their jobs seriously and have nothing to prove. My objection is that now the police do not have to even try to reason with people, they just pull out those tasers and ask questions later; that is, if the person tasered even lives. They are preparing us to accept a police state. Do not give into it!
- alexanderDark, on 10/23/2007, -1/+17the cop was wrong!
- inactive, on 10/21/2007, -1/+16YOU may get used to it if that's what you want. The presumption of innocence is our fundamental right; you're welcome (but stupid) to relinquish yours.
- inactive, on 11/03/2007, -3/+17Wearing your brown shirt again today, I see.
When the cops fear the light of day, being witnessed in their actions, it's way past time to take the offensive against this behaviour.
Wake up idiot. - wakeupyouidiots, on 10/23/2007, -2/+11Cops are nothing but paid mercenaries. They don't know wtf anymore.
How in the hell is a camera made out to be a weapon? Piss on the cops.
I hope this man sues the living hell out of these traitorous bastards. - Shigglyboo, on 10/23/2007, -1/+9i think we all need digital video camcorders. I don't have one. but after seeing what happened with that guy who filmed from his vehicle and the overall widespread abuse of force and authority, I think the more of us that can expose these situations the better. I had a group of nazi's attack some friends of mine and the cops who showed up knew them from a karaoke bar, they were buddies, and they came down on us (we were about 18-19 at the time and these meathead nazis were between 30-40 y/o), if we could have recorded the cops laughing and being buddy buddy with NAZIS we would have had some evidence.
- Shigglyboo, on 10/21/2007, -0/+7seriously. or they can manufacture other charges like "assaulting an officer" or "interfering with an investigation", etc.
- keithgplayer, on 10/21/2007, -1/+8Ya, screaming, " I didn't do anything." That's more than enough probable cause to taser someone. You want to use the excuse that they were looking for someone is why they did it. Tell me, how many suspects, that are being hunted down, go home, grab a camera, and go back to the seen of the crime.
- Scira, on 10/23/2007, -4/+10Police should have said "Don't tape me bro"
- woolleybear, on 10/23/2007, -1/+6I can't believe what we have allowed to happen to this country
- DragonGirl724, on 10/29/2007, -3/+8STOP WITH THE "DON'T TASE ME BRO" REFERENCES!
so lame. - lisas2dope, on 10/23/2007, -0/+5What a bitch! Comes out of nowhere, offers no warning & tasers the guy for filming probably some illegal activity that the cops are (always) involved in? WTF is this world coming to?
- inactive, on 10/21/2007, -0/+5Heck, these cops are just people and could be knocked out just as easily. Just wait till pissed off people decide to return fire on these cops from their cars or front doors...I certainly won't be surprised.
- irvman21, on 10/23/2007, -1/+6I hope he enjoys the big pile of money he'll be getting from the police department.
- braves322, on 10/23/2007, -0/+5serve and protect my ass
- powerhouse, on 10/21/2007, -3/+8Don't bean me bro
- sept11insidejob, on 10/23/2007, -1/+5Portland finest in action. It's awful when "wanna bes" become what they want to be--little bullies.
Looking ahead (or in the past, to what's ahead) GERMAN POLICE IN THE NAZI STATE
http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/article.php?ModuleId=1000 ... - 2trkpony, on 10/21/2007, -0/+4I had an "experience" with 'law enforcement" many years ago, while unloading van full of musical gear for a gig behind alley in LOADING AREA of club our band was playing at. This cop walks up-hand on his gun-asks "what the hell are you doing here?" in angry, condescending tone. He was full-on pissed at van being parked there. Driver attempts to show him validated parking permit while pointing to the yellow "loading area" sign, cop shouts: "I DON'T NEED TO SEE THAT", & starts swearing profusely at us. I advised cop this is loading area for bands bringing equipment into the club/etc., he barks @ me to "shut the ***** up! NOW!", gets on his radio and calls for "backup" pleading "this is an emergency", which couldn't be further from truth. Then in plain sight in front of us all (7 people..) cop walks around back of the van, reaches into his vest pocket, drops several bags of 'pot' inside the back. We all looked at each other like "HOLY ***** WTF?!?!?" in awe. I couldn't believe it. He planted 'drugs' in there right before our very eyes. Driver jumps up, says "what are you doing??" to which the cop waves his 45-cal in the air, finger on the trigger, says "next one who opens their mouth gets the business end of THIS! (***** cheeseball) -as he jabs gun at us, then orders to 'sit down and shut the ***** up" Minutes later, his "backup" arrives. Make a long story short {I'm tired of typing..lol..} 2ND cop arrests the driver & gives remaining 6 of us a patronizing, 15 min. lecture about "improper parking" & "obstructing the road" - none of which we were doing, van was parked where it should be, with required permit, we were doing NOTHING wrong. We ended up being late for our gig which greatly angered the club owner & promoter. ***** pig with nothing better to do just wanted to be an *****. Van driver was let out of jail the following morning, no charges pressed. What does that tell you? Lawsuit still pending with police.. I recorded the entire thing on micro-cassette which I {luckily..} had in my jacket pocket. It's all there, from start to finish, with the nazi pig coming in loud & clear. We got a great attorney & plan on going all the way, full out. Whatever it takes. Several witnesses too. I would have given *anything* to have a video camera setup, filming the whole mess for posterity & jury. To this day, I still cringe every time I hear about how police "protect & serve"...
- nozzi, on 10/23/2007, -0/+4US citizens need to shine a spotlight on Police State Sponsored Terrorism by contacted elected representatives and complaining about it.
- jeffiek, on 10/21/2007, -0/+3I think years of searches and lockdowns in school might have some part in that conditioning. Maybe it's just me, but doesn't "lockdown" sound like being in prison?
- crlingerfelt, on 10/21/2007, -2/+5And why shouldn't the police be taped?
- jemusser, on 10/23/2007, -0/+3This is out-of-control. We cannot give in. We must fully prosecute every case that looks like this and hold these outlaw police officers accountable to due process and reason under the law. A camera is not a weapon (nor is it a tool that only the police may use!). Everyone must film all police activity at all times to protect society. If you see the police making contact with someone, be a witness and film the exchange. We must "protect and serve" each other, because the police only protect and serve themselves.
- FyreGoddess, on 10/21/2007, -2/+5I think that's going to come as news to canewediggit, since his "real name" is listed as Bury Brigade President & CEO.
Heh. - Eriksz, on 10/21/2007, -1/+4You are such a ***** dude. You really really are.. You just say stupid ***** to get people riled up, why don't you ***** off.
- 2trkpony, on 10/23/2007, -0/+3Only in America.."land of the free"..
***** above-the-law fascist scum. This is disgusting. Guy needs to get a highly experienced ambulance-chaser attorney, sue the living !@#$@! out of those rogue, abusive cops. - tjordan83, on 10/21/2007, -1/+4I think you guys missed the point. He was saying he doesn't see it's a big deal that the guy wouldn't comply and was yelling back at the police because he has the right to do so.
- EndersGame, on 10/21/2007, -2/+5I think he was just trying to raise awareness, and I think his goal was to get as many people as he can outraged by this. I know I am not going to take this sitting down, I am putting a cam in my car as soon as possible. Most cops are good, but all it takes is one bad cop to be stripped of your freedoms unconstitutionally.
- ApokalypseNow, on 10/21/2007, -2/+4What, exactly, is so Truthful about "9/11 truth" exactly? Sounds more like "truthiness" to me.
- Scira, on 10/21/2007, -0/+2If i looked like those officers did i wouldn't want to be taped either.
- inactive, on 10/21/2007, -3/+5I don't send shoutouts to tell my friends to bury stories, troll. Didn't you learn your lesson from yesterday, when your other account "forgeteast" was banned?
It's fitting that your profile name is Jim Jones. You've already drank the troofer koolaid. - inactive, on 10/21/2007, -0/+2Yeah you'll see yourself listed as a 'fan' of this user. Aaron Dykes works for AJ and is listed...if there's a 'block user' feature I'd try it.
- thespudmall, on 10/21/2007, -0/+2My penis could be used as a weapon but I don't rid of that!
- Observant1, on 10/20/2007, -0/+2absolutely!! it's the only way we will manage to bring this crap to an end peaceably. if we arent shooting with camera's now, it will end up being shooting with guns later because of thugs wearing badges, which is what the NWO crowd wants, so they can declare martial law and march UN and blackwater troops upon us
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -0/+2Very uncool.
Justice will prevail at the appropriate moment.
Your suggestion is inappropriate.
Dugg down for irrationality. - khail250, on 10/21/2007, -0/+1"mission accomplished"
- dshPls, on 10/21/2007, -5/+6Do you think he knows about the plasma fueled telephones the NWO developed for us to communicate with when coordinating?
On a side note, the troofers get banned so often they don't even bother to come up with usernames anymore, they just spam keys and create accounts. - inactive, on 10/20/2007, -0/+1Should re-name the org to Police In State Sponsored Terrorism -- for the obvious apropos acronym.
- inactive, on 10/20/2007, -0/+1Complacency and submission being anathema to liberty, I hope you find the resources and will to pursue that action.
Too many meekly accept that kind of unwarranted, unjustifiable behavior. - Scira, on 10/21/2007, -1/+2Ive actually said that somewhere before.
- Animental, on 10/20/2007, -0/+1Dugg for junkyard.
