This is actually an interesting debate. We cover up genitalia because it's a sexualized part of the body, and to expose it is considered lewd. It was the common standard, old ladies sun bathing their hanging breast and no one thought anything about it. This took place in the late 80s. But for each generation being liberated the next one tends to be more conservative. I can see nothing wrong with females taking back the right not to be kicked out from public places for showing the same body parts as men do. It use to be fine.
