Just as much as TV news anchors need to be visually agreeable, Audio broadcasters need a clear and concise voice or you will loose/not gain listeners.

If his stutter messes with the quality of the podcast, he won't get popular, but he has just as much of a right as anybody. Make fun of comedians that get on TV because they're not funny and take up space for funny shows, don't make fun of people who are using their free time to give whoever wants it free content without doing anything to those who don't want to hear it. Making fun of stutters? Grow up. At least he can't help it, you can help being a douchebag.
