SG claims that her small single girl website is a "competitor" to their empire of over 1500 models, books, DVDs, Burlesque Tours, Radio, Television and Magazines

    I understand why some companies need to sue to protect their trademarks etc. But this aggressive stance SG is taking on it's models and photographers and their strict contracts is beyond reason.

    Well...SG decided that it was a good idea to put up a set where this moronic 19 y/o was exploring her rape fantasy. The set showed her being given drugged candy, passing out and being carried away. This was followed by a shot saying *2 hours later* and then showed her on the ground passed out with her panties around her ankles... only to come around looking happy and alluring and sexified. This alone was incredibly tactless. On top of this, she was dressed like a child and pulling innocent kiddie pouts. She also has a Nazi death skull on the dress was wearing and on her profile and on Myspace were various photos of her with swastika’s and Nazi uniforms. So SG thought it was perfectly fine to put this set up, leave it up for a day while their favoured controversy raged and then take it down and eventually zot the girl, and were like *oops! We made a mistake!* Such total crap

Basically, you agree not to work for any Suicide Girl competitor for a period of two years after your set is accepted and you're paid that big whopping $100. What's a competitor? You'll find out after we sue your ass... :(

It's more than obvious that they don't want to have to compete with him and are trying to break him financially in hopes that he will sell all his equipment and be unable to work. Fortunately for Phillip, he has true fans that will follow him and are supporting him 110%. I doubt that SG has the ability to say the same.
