Also located on the Mystery Road - where cars magically drive themselves. And yes. It's pretty much a park where people walk around and look at statues of people having sex.

Koreans aren't that celebratory, sexually, and this park stands out like a sore thumb on Jeju-do. It's a touristy island, well known for its honeymooners, and I suspect the park was built for them.
It's like a "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" kind of thing. The children (aged 4-12ish?) might have outnumbered the adults. They certainly weren't shy about cranking away on the make-the-people-screw-when-you-turn-a-crank machines, and their parents didn't seem to mind.
As far as the mystery road goes, I'm afraid I can't speak from experience. I was on a Daelim 125 motorcycle, and it didn't work for me.
