  • corrodedmonkee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Yep, got me too... ordered 2 shirts on 30th May, enquired on the 21st June... got a reply saying "they were lost and would resend" on the 22nd.

    2nd, 6th and 10th July sent tickets... eventually got pissed off and emailed him directly... got a reply where he said he would "bust heads" then silence again. Not heard anything since.

    My stuff is all on icrontic too, as i found them via googling dirty microbe.

    Really liked their shirts. Really hate their customer service.

    Appalling.

  • yalublutebya, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yep. I ordered two shirts the first week of June. Payment went through, shirts never came. No responses to my two emails. Totally uncool, DM. I just lost ALL respect for those people after reading this. -_-
  • MasteRR, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Here as well. Ordered a shirt almost a month and still nothing. Lots of complaints of the same things in the comment of that blog post, most saying multiple emails were sent with no response. Phone numbers registered to the site are disconnected.

    Looks like DM is a lost cause. If anyone else has a pending order please put in a chargeback for you credit card now (the sooner the better since a lot of CCs have short limits on chargebacks).

The only way I finally got my money back was by contacting the owner directly through Facebook, to which he responded with a "not my problem since I am only the owner but I'll take care of it anyway", and refunded my money.

I thought that they were doing good since i saw a lot of their ads around the net. I was wrong. I ordered a month ago and haven't gotten anything. Of course, they charged my credit card right away. I've sent multiple emails and have gotten zero from them. Calling my bank right now for a charge back.

    I was ripped off too! I ordered two T-shirts this past summer and never got them. I thought it was because I live in Finland and the postage will take longer … which in some cases it does, but it’s been like FOREVER and I’ve yet to see any shirts.

    I first ordered the T-shirts May 9 and received a confirmation email. On May 11 I got an e-mail that they’d received my PayPal money. At the end of May I e-mailed them and asked them where my T-shirts were and they said that they’d probably gotten lost in the mail and they’d send them to me again. I never heard back from them again.

    It’s September now and I’ve yet to receive my t-shirts! NOT COOL. NOT cool, man! From hence forth I’ll be sticking with bigger companies like Threadless … companies that I know won’t shaft me, man!

  • ellikelli, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1My story is pretty much identical. I ordered mine around the same time, emailed them and they replied for the first e-mail and then NOTHING. I really liked their t-shirts too, that's why I ordered them but I guess the company's a total bust.

  • MasteRR, on 11/08/2007, -0/+1I ordered successfully in the past as well. Seems that they were doing okay, then just vanished. Could be a scam, could be a mistake, but if just a mistake they never came back and fixed it. Now that the domain name is gone I lean towards the scam side.

    My only regret is that if they truely are spammers that they now hold my credit card number from past orders. Jebus only wonders what they might do with the database of probably thousands of past customers. Seems like a good excuse to be using PayPal or the like whenever possible.

    I've ordered several t-shirts on different occasions before without any problems. Their website is now down and the domain is for sale.

  • shatteredshards, on 11/19/2007, -0/+0I had ordered my shirts back on May 9th and never got then, and was luckily able to do a chargeback with my credit card company in July (they had a 60-day limit, which they tweaked for me since my order email said my shirts would ship a couple weeks later). Supposedly these guys actually went bankrupt and stuff's getting liquidated to pay things off, but they were taking money and screwing people for at least FOUR MONTHS before their site went down and they fell off the map completely. I can't imagine how many people weren't able to get their money back.

Of course I've never actually ordered anything from them, but if people are having issues I hope DM can work it out. :/
