The driver rolled down the passenger window and cigarette smoke came billowing out. The guy was fat and dirty as *****, unshaven with a wifebeater and the hair on his balding sweaty head dyed bright green. And he looked at us on the sidewalk, leaned over, pulled the cigarette out of his mouth and wheezed, "You kids want some ice cream..?"
