- FRANKeB, on 10/12/2007, -2/+218After the reconstructivr surgery and rehabilitation was complete, I would wait for that doctor to leave work, and blow his dick and balls off with an elephant gun. Blame it all on stress.
- benbread, on 10/12/2007, -23/+175anicejew: it doesn't matter how relevant your comments are now, you're still going to get dugg down to hell.
- Shirk, on 10/12/2007, -2/+105"They say the move sets a dangerous precedent and that Professor Ciomu, a urologist and lecturer in anatomy, has already been punished enough after having his medical licence suspended"
Ummm... no, losing his license should just be the start for losing his temper during surgery AND ESPECIALLY FOR SLICING OFF A PENIS AND THEN CHOPPING INTO BITS! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+95**NOTE TO SELF: Don't get circumcised in Romania.
- tont0r, on 10/12/2007, -6/+90@benbread
you still havent blocked anicejew? I thought that was part of the digg sign up process... - Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -1/+66Only a year? If I were sentencing him, he'd definitely get 10 years at least, and a full revocation of his medical license - permanently.
You just... you just don't do that... - swiseman, on 10/12/2007, -1/+65Right. Because the doctor is _obviously_ the victim in all of this. *sarcasm* This is just disgusting.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+60That should be a life sentence... You don't key a man's car, and you don't chop up his junk. That's just the rules.
- Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -1/+57He didn't even lose his license - he only had it suspended for 3 years (per the link posted by bigdt87).
This is really sad. - Kitt3n, on 10/12/2007, -7/+63lets do it to his and then stick it in a blender before his very eyes...... WILL IT BLEND???!!!
- haveacigar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+48Am i the only one who thinks that the 100,000 is a little low?
Maby im just a bit too attached to my member - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -11/+56Too bad penis don't grow again like teeth (at least once)... :-(
- Solkre, on 10/12/2007, -2/+32What's stronger than aggravated assault... There is a HUGE aggravating factor here in that the patient DID NOTHING WAS UNCONSCIOUS!
The doctor should receive the maximum sentence and had his license chopped up into tiny bits for life!
I don't give a flying ***** that his personal assets are at stake here, and damn the doctors that are trying to defend him. Who the hell are these guys? Do they take the Hippocratic Oath or the Hippo-critic Oath?
God every justice system seems to be pissing me off these days. - TheTap, on 10/12/2007, -4/+32Maybe his other job is a chef at a Japanese Hibachi restaurant.
- RawShark, on 10/12/2007, -3/+30I'm all for going old testament on this guy and applying the "eye for an eye" rule literally.
- astatine, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28"Any medical accident - no matter how hideous or tragic - is assumed to be entertaining if a penis is involved."
Seems to be a basic law of journalism. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+30@benbread: dammit, this is why i hate blocking people, you only get half of the conversation
- glock22ownr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+26@quakeIII:
New man law ? "Thou shalt not cut off another mans junk or thou shalt be hung upside down by your testicles and set ablaze." - diggduggjoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+25That doctor should never work again, unless as a dickless janitor. Walking out in the middle of a surgery is enough reason to bar that man from touching a scalpel ever again. The patient needs to be taken care of. While open, the patient is at great risk of sepsis. It was more than ruining that mans sexual future, he added risk to the surgery that was not warranted.
Slicing off a penis accidentally is one thing, but purposely and then dicing it up like an onion is criminal. He should be behind bars. - Stumblinforward, on 10/12/2007, -4/+27NO that is to fast and straight forward, he would just come up missing one day, then in about 15 years they would find him in a room somewhat like the one in the movie Seven with all the little pine air fresheners, with HIS equipment hanging in a jar of formaldehyde right where he can see it the whole time.
Then he will have learned to deal with "stress" a little better. - jotux, on 10/12/2007, -1/+23"A _little_ part"
- nsharp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+21Just imagine what the inmates will do to him if they find out why he is in jail (and they probably will)
- gummih, on 10/12/2007, -0/+20FTA: "temporary loss of judgement"?? How? - oh, silly me, temporarily lost my JUDGEMENT and decided that chopping off his member and hacking it to pieces was the CORRECT procedure!!
- michaelb1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+20This is the most disturbing thing I have ever read.
10,000,000,000 would be a little low. - bigdt87, on 10/12/2007, -0/+16The surgeon was convicted to a year in jail.

- MAdaXe42, on 10/12/2007, -6/+20You got it all wrong. In Soviet Russia, ANGRY PENIS SLICES UP DOCTOR!
- glock22ownr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14"but doctors' unions have criticised the decision that the money for the damages has to be paid by the doctor."
I think that everyone on those boards should have to undergo some procedure with him as the surgeon, and then we can see if they "criticize" the courts decision. That would be like me being hired to rewrite some piece of software, getting pissed bc I messed something up, and then chopping the T3 line coming into the clients building... - puntloos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14From the article:
"Because obviously, the last thing you want is a doctor thinking carefully about the work they're doing."
Uh, yeah, I'm all for living on the edge when it comes to genital surgery. - BigBadger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13I don't know what's more disturbing, the PoS doctor chopping up the guy's dick, or the self-righteousness of the Doctor's union crying about the relatively light court decision.
- idonthack, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15Yes, thumbup, that's the funny.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15"Too bad penis don't grow again like teeth (at least once)... :-("
You never had a milk-penis? - embraboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13The answer: Penis Translpant. The doctor to donate.
- benbread, on 10/12/2007, -3/+15I prefer to keep anicejew unblocked because i like to get the full effect of the ensuing bashing - besides, he gets put under threshold within about 2 mins anyway.. ;)
- DJCult, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14The caption on the picture is quite funny, though
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+15testicles != penis
And why would a patient on the operating table, knocked out with drugs, be the cause of the doctor throwing a hissy fit?
It's amazing how people protect the guilty, and blame the victim. - diggduggjoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11I love the comment about having the insurance pay for it. Why on earth should they? It was not an accident, he intentionally maimed the patient. Could a cardiologist get pissed and stab a dagger deep into his victim/patient and then just walk out of the room?
"Bad day at the office, let the insurer clean up after me!"
Accidents or negligence I can accept. Humans mess up and do stupid things. Intentional damage to a patient must be punished severely. I have to be honest, this article shocked me. I never in my worst thoughts imagined a doctor doing this to a patient. Even the initial slice is more than I can fathom, but dicing it up. Man, that is just messed up! - OnAnyMouse, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11The penis can be regrown. (not that I envy the guy)
http://www.mosnews.com/news/2005/03/22/miraclesurgery.shtml?3rdarm - VeganG, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9"The penis can be regrown."
A new penis made from arm skin is hardly any good. - ElFredo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10It's in Romania. £100,000 (around $200,000) is a hefty sum there. He should have his license permanently revoked, though.
- tulpe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Sir.. we have a good news and a bad news for you.. the good news is: your wang will never get jammed in your zipper again..
- VeganG, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Man. Someone who gets caught with a few joints gets worse than THAT.
- paulbjensen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8That's probably the sickest story I've ever read on Digg. Feel sorry for the patient.
- cheekdog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8what gets me is that the medical union made excuses for him...that he was stressed out because he ***** up and cut something else he wasn't supposed to!!! awwww.....poor baby...hims made a boo boo....i think 20,000 isn't enough.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+920 million?? Hell, he should be given the doctor's penis.
- duke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7FTA: "'In future doctors may have to think very carefully about what work they undertake.'
Because obviously, the last thing you want is a doctor thinking carefully about the work they're doing. "
This is the kind of sarcasm I expect (and enjoy) of Jon Stewart, not of a serious news journal. - arnar, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8@benbread: lol.. I didn't know who anicejew was so I clicked his profile and guess what is his #1 story :o)
- AI_Joe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8No transplant, because the victim will be forced to use the line, "Are you kidding? I wouldn't ***** her with HIS dick..."
- vexoria, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Obviously people who like stories about doctors chopping up penis!
- ateoto, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I'm really not sure whats more strange, the fact that your username is cockscockscocks2 or the fact that your username implies, although not absolutely, that cockscockscocks was taken.
