  • inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Apparently he listened in on uncoded cell-phone conversations using a scanner, a practice illegal in the UK.

    (You'd think the royals in the UK would know better than talk about sensitive stuff on cellphones, but Charles never had a clue wrt technology or science.)
